Umi no Budo is a modern method of teaching traditional Zen Martial Arts. It’s hardcore. 7 stages of technical training and personal development must be passed to earn a black belt. A black belt indicates technical proficiency and the beginning of understanding. We live by the following creed:

Refrain from violent behavior
